Fotello turns a short recording of you into a ready-to-post real estate video. You pick a template, add your listing and a short recording of yourself, choose a look and an outfit, and Fotello does the rest. No editing, no crew, no reshoots.
Your first video is free, and the clips below show you what each screen looks like along the way.
Before you start
- A short video of yourself. Record it right in the app.
- The address of the listing you want to show off.
Create your video
1Log in or sign up
New here? Sign up. Already have an account? Log in.
2Start a new video
You'll find New Video in the left sidebar, and a + New video button at the top right of your Videos page.
3Choose a template
Browse the tabs (Recommended, Education, Listings and Personal Brand) and tap a template to preview it. In this walkthrough we'll use Listing Tour. The preview shows how long the video runs and its format. When you've found it, hit Swap my face.
4Add the listing address
Tap the search box and type the listing address. Then pick the matching suggestion from the list. Don't see yours? Tap the Create option at the bottom to use what you typed as the listing name.
5Import your listing
Fotello looks up your listing online and shows what it found: the photos, price, beds, baths and size. Tap Import (you can also upload your own photos). On the Review listing screen the price, beds, baths and photos are already filled in for you. Take a quick look, fix anything that's off, then tap Continue.
6Record yourself
Your recording screen opens on its own and starts recording right away. The red REC badge tells you it's on. Follow the prompt on screen, like introducing yourself and the one thing you like about selling homes, and keep it relaxed. About 10 seconds is plenty. Tap the red stop button when you're done. In the preview, if you can see yourself from head to knee, you're good to go. Tap Save & Continue. Not happy with it? You can always do a retake.
7Choose your look
Swipe through Natural, Polished, Everyday and Glam and watch the preview change. Everyday and Glam also let you pick your lip and eye colours. Trust your gut and keep the one that feels most like you. Then tap Continue.
8Choose an outfit
Now the fun part. Filter by Womenswear or Menswear, or see All. Swipe sideways through each row and scroll down for more, then tap the outfit you love. A tick shows your pick, and that's what you'll wear in your video.
9Pick a quality and create
Almost there. Tap the video quality line at the bottom of that same screen and pick 720p, 1080p or 4K. Then hit Create.
You'll see “Your video is on its way.” That's your cue to relax. We'll text and email you when it's ready, and you can keep creating in the meantime.
10Find your video
That's it, you're done! Open Videos in the left sidebar. Your video shows a progress ring while it's being made, and it's right there as soon as it's ready. Go grab a coffee while it works.
Post your video
Once it's ready, post it where your clients already scroll. Our example template is vertical (9:16), which is the shape Instagram Reels and Facebook like. Not sure what to make first?
