Where you choose to receive text messages from Fotello, or from a real estate media business that uses Fotello to manage its bookings, we collect and store the mobile phone number you provide, the exact consent wording that was shown to you, and the date and time you gave consent.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are disclosed only to the telecommunications providers required to deliver the messages you asked for.

These messages are transactional and relate to a booking you made or a shoot you are assigned to — for example order confirmations, appointment scheduling and reschedule notices, appointment reminders, invoice notices, and links to delivered media. Message frequency varies according to your booking activity.

Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, which stops all further messages to that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected]. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of using the Service.
